CỦA NHÓM CHUYÊN ĐỀ HÓA LÝ THUYẾT THUỘC BỘ MÔN HÓA LÝ
Hóa lượng tử ứng dụng: thực hiện các tính toán lượng tử về cấu trúc, hoạt tính, cơ chế phản ứng, khảo sát mối quan hệ định lượng giữa cấu trúc-hoạt tính hay cấu trúc-tính chất, ảnh hưởng của môi trường (dung môi, nhiệt độ, áp suất...) đến tính chất phân tử và phản ứng hóa học. Áp dụng các phương pháp tính toán kết hợp để khảo sát hệ nhiều phân tử lớn.

Applied quantum chemistry: Utilisation of quantum calculations for studying molecular structures (ground or excited states), reactivity and reaction mechanisms (reactants, transition states, intermediate structures and products), environment effects (temperature, solvent, pressure...) on molecular properties & chemical reactions, large molecular systems.

Tin học ứng dụng trong nghiên cứu và giảng dạy hóa học: Ứng dụng hóa trắc học, sinh tin học, các phương pháp mô hình hóa và mô phỏng phân tử để giải quyết các vấn đề hóa học (cấu trúc, phổ, hoạt tính, cơ chế phản ứng, phản ứng trong dung dịch...). Kết hợp các phương pháp lượng tử, động lực học và các phương pháp phân tích dữ liệu hiện đại để mô hình hóa, mô phỏng vật liệu mới và các quá trình hóa học. Thiết kế hệ chuyên gia và ứng dụng các phần mềm giảng dạy hóa học.

Informatics applied to training and research of chemistry: Apply chemometrics, bioinformatics, molecular modeling and simulation to chemical problems (structures, spectrometry, reactivity, reaction mechanisms, reactions in solution...). Combine dynamic & quantum calculations with modern data analysis methods for modeling and simulating new materials, chemical processes and related problems. Design expert systems and apply softwares for chemistry training.
