Em đã thử làm theo 1 số bài báo phân tích phosphate bằng trắc quang với thuốc thử vanadomolybdate nhưng kết quả không như ý. Em nghĩ rằng tỉ lệ molybdate/vanadate trong mấy bài báo em tìm được là quá cao so với hàm lượng phosphate em cần phân tích vì em đã thử pha loãng thuốc thử ra và thấy kết quả khả quan hơn nhưng vấn đề gặp phải là nồng độ thích hợp của thuốc thử là bao nhiêu để sự tạo phức là hoàn toàn, đảm bảo không bỏ sót phosphate.
