Requirements:
• Bachelor of Science, preferably with major in chemical/chemistry
• Undertake production manager role in PVC plastic industry (at least 3 years experience)
• Have detailed knowledge of plastic and moulding
• Fluent in English
• Responsible, active, determine, and able to work under high pressure

Job Description:
Major Responsibilities : Control & management the following :

**Mould Injection part
-Mould (cabinet , cushion ,
-Mould maintenance & solution solving
-Intrustion & guild for Vendor ‘s employees
-New Mould installation follow up
-Analyse and improve cabinet problem.
-New parts management for new models
-Line Troubleshooting

**W/Gs & Imported Mechenical
-Prepare LPR for new model
-Establish model specification
-Process defect analysis and Countermeasure Report
-Line Troubleshooting and Report
-Line innovation
-Set up Work Instruction and Process control chart for W/G +Premeum products
-Mechanical Parts control
-New Part approval
-Translate User Manual.
- Making Jigs in production line
-Value Engineering


Immediate Challenges :
-How to support for Vendors to solve mould problem to make sure that they can keep productiviy
-Make sure that no serious problem in Production line
-Make sure that PE provide all work instruction to Production line

Dimension :
Business scope : responsible for the full spectrum of Mechanical function in this group

Managing Scope : 9– 15 staffs

Key Performance Indicators :
Achieve quanlitative and quantitative objective such as :
-Ability to function autonomously and independently
-Make sure of quality of cabinet , cushion
-Training and development staffs
